Cute DIY Snow Globe

"It's beginning to feel a lot like Christmas......" I know that it is not exactly Christmas time yet, but I think the DIY snow globe is the most perfect Christmas decorative item. I mean we all know that snow globes are traditionally used to decorate homes during the Christmas time. However, this item does not necessarily have to be made for Christmas. In fact, I am going to create a snow globe for decorating my room the whole entire year. It just very cute and simple craft to make.
To make the snow globe, you need four items that can be found in your home or bought from  an arts and crafts store. A small figurine is needed to be the theme of the globe or the main focus. You also need glitter to act as the "snow". Super glue is also needed to glue the figurine onto the lid of the jar. Make sure the super glue is water resistant, because if it is not the water will soften the glue causing the figurine to detach from the base. Lastly, you will need a mason jar and water to pour into the the jar.
Once again, I will be creating this snow globe for my room and defiantly for Christmas. I hope that some of you try creating the cute snow globe as well.

     DIY Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes

Fall is finally here, so why not make DIY mini pumpkin bundt cakes. In the " Glazed Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cakes" blog, Lauren, the author,  created a recipe for the pumpkin bundt cakes.  I  think these mini cakes are so cute and simple to make. These mini cakes are just the most perfect cakes for the fall season, because they fit in with the fall pumpkin trend. At this time of the year, most Americans create pumpkin everything from pumpkin spice lattes to pumpkin pies.  I am not super obsessed with pumpkins, but the mini pumpkin bunt cakes look very delicious. Personally, I do not have the time and intelligence to make bakery products from scratch, but the recipe in the blog was easy to understand, and the cakes take less than an hour to be made; it takes thirty minutes to prepare twelve  mini cakes and twenty minutes to bake the cakes. Furthermore, I love how the cakes mostly contain ingredients that can be found your kitchen, such as milk, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt eggs, and other common kitchen ingredients. The only downside of this eatable project is that it requires you to buy uncommonly owned, kitchen products, such as the powdered sugar and a mini bundt pan; however, I still think it is worth trying out. Overall, the mini pumpkin bundt cakes is a great fall eatable project that I will be creating and recommending to others. Will you try these cute delicious mini pumpkin cakes?

Easy DIY Acne Treatments

Many acne treatments are expensive and overpriced, but there are some DIY acne treatments that can treat your acne-prone skin just as well as the expensive treatments. DIY acne treatments are also filled with beneficial properties that can help your skin and overall health. For example, the DIY acne spot treatment mentioned in the blog, DIY Natural Acne Treatment Homemade Remedies, contains honey and tea tree oil that have antibacterial properties that can prevent future pimples. The antibacterial properties help to kill the bacteria within and around the pimple. I myself use to be skeptical about the use of honey on the face, however after learning the benefits I will surely be making and using that acne treatment. Another acne treatment mentioned in the blog was the DIY acne treatment toner. This DIY treatment is simply just apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar contains malic and lactic acids that help to exfoliate your skin. Exfoliating your skin is important, because it removes dead skin cells to help prevent acne. I, however, wouldn't recommend using this toner everyday because the acids can begin to irritate your skin and possibly do more harm than good. Both treatments are good for decreasing the amount of pimples you receive in a day or week , however the current pimples you have may take days or weeks to disappear. I still think it's best to use these DIY treatments, because they are inexpensive and beneficial. I also believe if more teens use these treatments, there may be a decrease in the amount of teens with acne problems. Thus if you want to get rid of your acne, try using these DIY acne treatments.
